1. Often enough, I suppose.

2. I've never given or received a hickey because I'm not a fan of leaving marks, but no, just kissing someone's neck won't lead to a hickey. You'd have to sufficiently suck/bite on the person's neck to the point that you burst their capillaries (so fairly hard). That's what leads to the red marks you see. So, if you ask me, they're very much intentionally produced unless you're just a really aggressive neck kisser or something.

I don't really know, sometimes she did it on purpose , but others times she saw i got a hickey and got angry because she thought i cheated on her (i never cheated on her)so maybe sometimes hickeys can be accidental

Nvm I Googled it. Turns out that it would be 9 pm for eastern, mountain, and Pacific time and would only be 8 in the central timezone.

Bad idea. Humans don't know when to quit sometimes, and kidnappings and rapes would be legal , the trauma would continue even after the purge.

I know if you look it up on TVtropes, they have a very in-depth thing on how a purge simply cannot work in reality. I'm on my iPod and it's a pain in the ass to copy/paste but I'll post what I can remember:

 

*if unemployment is really at 3% or whatever very very low number it was in the movie, inflation would skyrocket

*if all emergency services shut off, what about hospitals and the people who are already in them?

*if I were to steal a car during the purge and claim it as my own, how do I get it's title in my name and all the other paperwork stuff?

*whats keeping people from burning down all these national monuments and state parks and other sites of historical significance?

*are white collar crimes legal too?

*are illegal immigrants allowed to take part in the purge? They're not citizens and their presence is illegal, however, crime is legal that night.
