Outfitting Arthur Morgan

Is there any gameplay pictures of Arthur with a beard? So far I've only seen the main artwork that has him with facial hair, I wonder if that'll be customizable as well.

My bet is that Arthur will have his own tent where you save and change clothes.

You can just make out Arthur's beard in this shot. Apparently it grows over time and we have the option to shave it into what we want.

In the first RDR, Johns poncho outfit was my favourite (Just liked the way it looked) . Hopefully Arthur has a poncho outfit as well.

I'm really hoping for full customization, like GTA V. Including a barber. I saw what looked like an open barbershop next door to the saloon the Arthur is thrown out of in the muddy fist-fight scene in the gameplay trailer. If we get to choose a beard and hairstyle, and full clothing options, I'm going full Doc Holliday...

I think that Rockstar has their own idea of how Arthur should look as standard, which we also saw in GTA V trailers e.g. Franklin has his blue shirt & jeans but we can then choose what to dress him in.

This may be the same thing where they've just put together a few distinct looks in order to not show off too much of the new clothing.

 

I'm hoping that clothes will be like GTA though, in that you can put together your own hat, shirt, trousers, boots, gun belt, etc.

 

I quite like the look of the black on black outfit (below) or possibly something a bit more casual like the open shirt with the bandana round the neck

I think there should be either the same amount or more clothing options in RDR 2 also this game should have realistic clothing physics for example when Arthur Morgan fall into the mud dirt gets on his clothing. If stuff like that happen in the game then when you get shot there should be bullet holes in your clothing or if you get cut there should be slashes in the clothing.

am i the only one who thinks jack marston and arthur morgans outfits (when arthur has on the tan jacket) looks the same? i mean from the boots, all the way to the jackets as well. tell me what you guys think.

I think it's done purposefully to connect the new character to an old character. Kind of like how John has a very similar scars and hat to Red:

After seeing this pic with a Side view of Arthur Morgan with a beard posted on this thread

I played around with a Beard App to attach a Beard to Arthur Morgan from a frontal pic.

Did this to kinda get the feel of what Arthur might look like with a Beard. I really like how they designed Arthur Morgans features, gives a real gruff look to a Wild West setting that shows a Ruggedness to the Wild West Life.

So, there's this thing no one talked about. In that same screenshot of the bonus edition we can see this:

The image is the last outfit, however, it has no gloves.

The last image has two tone gloves, maybe the same ones as the description says.
Sooo i'm pretty sure there is at least a basic "slot" sistem for clothing. Even though both of those images relate to multiplayer.

I hadn't noticed that second photo before though, that's cool!

Both are for Online, actually. The second one is for free weapons in Online.

Yea, so, full customization has been confirmed today.

The screenshot us outfitters have all been waiting for. Morgan looks entirely different here and I had to do a double-take when I first saw it to make sure it was him.

I played through the whole of RDR in that dark khaki green trench coat outfit. Probably something similar to that. 

 

I'm really looking forward to crafting clothes out of animal skins as well thats gonna be dope.

Here we see our first look at the layered clothing system. Notice how Arthur is wearing his signature blue shirt beneath what appears to be a brown vest and sheepskin. I've updated the main post with these two new shots!

Well the local authorities better have 2 guns for the both us because i aim to run around like the doc also.
