Skayz 76 Posted June 26, 2018 Why is this minigame so hard in the PC version, while in the PS2 one is way easier? There isn't a way to make it like the console versione?
lil weasel 2,673 Posted June 27, 2018 (edited) I used the Arrow Keys, it was quicker than using the GamePad on the PC. Edited June 30, 2018 by lil weasel
Seth 1,128 Posted June 30, 2018 Use the arrow keys, it's easy to use it than other consoles. I hope you didn't change controls.

lil weasel 2,673 Posted July 9, 2018 It can be, IF the game is Stolen (Warez, Torrent, Pirated) OR there is an installion problem. Have you tried "Compatibility Mode" XP?
OrionSR 1,845 Posted July 9, 2018 The dancing and lowrider mini-games used to be a lot easier on PC, but the timing is all messed up on modern computers. Make sure the frame limiter is on, although I think these game enable the frame limiter anyway.
Salman Abidi 3 Posted July 12, 2018 Arrow Keys is for pro xD
LazlowsucksiloveslutS 364 Posted July 28, 2018 The reason why dancing is harder on PC is because music is out of sync with the buttons. PS2 game is locked at 30 or 60 fps while PC version locks at 25 fps with frame limiter on. Silentpatch should lock framerate at 30. I don't know if it's only on PC where music and buttons are out of sync or is it the case with all of the later releases of the game including original Xbox and remastered versions. When I was playing San Andreas on PC, strangely enough I passed "Life Is A Beach" and "Cesar Vialpando" with frame limiter OFF. So try switching between frame limiter on/off, try to force vsync via video card and download Silent patch.
Sam Lake 11,850 Posted July 28, 2018 Get silentpatch iirc the timing is off due to bad frame limiter and game coding. Also iirc the timing gets even more off by how long your computer has been running in one go solution? get silentpatch as already
SeanGTA 12 Posted September 9, 2018 Yup, the timing is off on PC versions. You should press the button when the arrow is almost out of the circle. Using this method, once I made 5000 points! In a club, I think there are 3 different songs, each with its own difficulty level.
lil weasel 2,673 Posted September 9, 2018 The game was programed for OLD computers. Newer CPU have faster speeds which "throws" the timing off from the originals. I noticed it first when Flying, the time it took to earn a "license" (still needing to do the "learning to fly") with the stolen Dodo was half an hour, with my newest it only took 25 minutes. With the stolen Shamal, my original machine took 15 minutes, the new 12 minutes.
B Dawg 9,633 Posted September 9, 2018 There's also inverted controls on the Steam version lol

lil weasel 2,673 Posted September 11, 2018 I am saying, "The speed of the Central Processing Unit (CPU) may be affecting timing in the game."
