spaceeinstein Posted June 27, 2018 Share Posted June 27, 2018 (edited) The Admin Console probably won't work with an unmodified Steam version. You most likely need a v1.0 gta3.exe (mods can be version-dependent). I don't think your OS would have an effect if you managed to get the Admin Console running.
