Gta vcs pc édition not starting

Hi guys today I downloaded grand theft auto vice city stories pc edition, and when I want to start the first mission, a black screen appears and does not work, and when I press any button the game suddenly exit please guys how can I fix this problem?

Sorry, but this belongs to GTA Modding, as the GTA VCS PC Edition isn't official and is a mod for GTA SA.
