I doubt it'll happen, but it'd be nice to be able to recruit hookers off the street & turn them into party dancers for the player owned club.

There's 1 or 2 ads on the in-game phone about businesses that offer "hire-able guests" to make your events appear better, possible that may finally have a function.

I am interested to see how this will be implemented.  Will it be like the vanilla unicorn where a player can blow up your spot or like a property where a hyda can blast the walls and make the building shake, or a static building facility style with random npc inside "partying" 24/7.  I hope they are vanilla unicorn style.  Probably wont be, but at least 3 like the VU would be cool.  I have a feeling the missions are gonna be like bikers, with the intent of making players play togeher and royally screwing over lone wolves. 

 

All I really know is.....a candy cane khanjali is gonna be waiting on many new club owners.

More Public Free Roam business stuff?  I'm gonna predict this will be on par as owning a Yacht.  Empty your bank account, and use it for maybe the 1st week.  Hoping there's some cool cars released though.

I'm predicting it'll be:

 

- Club (if payout is good)

- Gunrunning Bunker

- Import/Export Warehouse

- Club (if payout is decent)

- Biker Businesses

- Crates

- Club (if payout is bad)

- Air Freight

- Yacht

 

The way it's worded in the newswire, clubs could be the first truly passive business in the game:

 

Buy property-> Setup business -> hire staff -> pay for promotions -> collect money -> pay staff daily -> pay for new promotions as needed ->  collect money -> repeat 

 

I'm really hoping that in front of the wall safe there will be a big green $ symbol with the current amount of money above it like in the 3D era GTAs. It'd also be great if we can own one of each type like Biker Businesses. If Clubs and Warehouses are two seperate property types, maybe we can own one of each.

Did some more digging, found a night club that is called Create Nightclub now named Academy Nightclub in LA on Hollywood Blvd I went to almost the exact same place in GTA 5 and was was able to find this. As you can see the real world version looks pretty similar to the one in the video.
