Ellie wouldn’t be competent in the muscle class even without these flags, but it would be awesome to drive. The gtx on the other hand, i think it could be the fastest car in that class. This is why i might avoid buying the dlc vehicles except for the truck anrd limo. How rockstar gets away by selling flagged guttered trash for 2 million dollars then say they aren't gauging the player base.

Sorry, maybe that one’s on me lol, but I think we’re past that now.

 

OnT; would it be too far off to expect maybe one or two boats with this DLC? Seeing as TBoGT had it. I for one would love to see that, but on the other hand I’d prefer them to be at least remotely customizable, which would of course require a Marina or custom shop of some kind. Correct me if I’m wrong but last time we got a proper boat it was the Lampadati Toro, wasn’t it? Not counting subs, submersible cars, APC’s or the Tugboat...

Not sure where this drug discussion came from but I'll throw my hat into the ring.

 

Rockstar really needs to add cocaine to this update. Don't just let us sell it. Let us use it in the club scene. I want my white character to be able to dance. How am I supposed to do that without cocaine?!? I'm not Justin Timberlake.

The Ellie may not be competitive even without the flags, but if it can corner without losing power and clutch kick, it will be a beautiful thing. Looking forward to the GTX being OP if the flags go, would be awesome to see it be top of class.

Don't know if this point has already been squeezed dry, but what do you think about different available themes for (probable) customization of (probably) purchasable nightclubs?

 

Sure, the trailer and the DJ thing so far is heading straight towards a rave party theme (and those wire suits, er, are heading at least somewhere), yet this maybe is just dominant in the most likely public portion of the DLC, Bahama Mamas, while we get more control over the style of our personal nightclub.

 

Who knows? Maybe we can even put together our own mixtapes from a carefully indexed selection of all in-game available radio songs (and own mp3, of course), and decorate clubs with themes from 1930s jazz clubs, 1970s disco era etc.

Just went past singletons a nightclub/bar area and I can hear music playing all the way out to the street I wonder if the music signifies the nightclubs we,'ll see opening in the update

At the very least, I'm hoping for a choice between Maisonette 9-style 'club' clubs, and the more 'warehouse' clubs as seen in the trailer - plus the choice of overall colour scheme, furniture, etc.

 

Beyond that, we can't have the four real-life acts live in our clubs all the time, and I don't imagine we'll have some generic dude doing the same all the rest of the time, either - what'd be cool would be the ability to make (like you say) a 'mixtape' of sorts, and let it run as background music. Bit like how we can have the same car radio stations as ambient music in our safehouses and garages - wouldn't be too much of a stretch to have a more elaborate take on the same for clubs.

Look, game development isnt a walk through the park. But Rockstar is the most delaying ass company I have ever dealt with. Literally more than any other company ive dealt with. Maked me wonder what theyre really doing.

most of the clubs seem to have had music playing from inside for as long as I can remember. Some of the shops have it too. I wouldn't read too much into it.
