Being in a Nightclub/Music Venue when the lights get turned back on is f*cking horrifying. Especially if you are not drunk.

I don't know what trust issues should have to do with joining a friendly crew dedicated to sales. I do believe that these crews are really easy to find and public solo sessions are easy to create, various manuals are available elsewhere. And it will be much more rational to sell for a better premium if you can eliminate the risk. If you want info about the crews, PM me and we'll talk. Don't waste your time on this crap driving around your stock unless you're getting a bigger dollar for it. It's not a delivery simulator 2018.

Rockstar's marketing shennaingans have completely turned me off GTA online. I've not played since Sunday night, which is an unusually long absence for me.

 

They announced something and then somehow un-announced it this week. As a long-term player, I've finally lost my patience with the game, which is what Rockstar are aiming for I guess. Welcome noobs to GTA online, it's great.

July is confirmed. According to the Newswire it seems we're getting events after the 10th so that leaves the 17th and 24th as the likeliest drops with the 31st as the last hope.

It's necessary to trust people sometimes and the key is to understand where and when, otherwise you will almost always lose (speaking from the position of science here, Prisoners dilemma). There are crews with rules so strict that it will be just stupid not to trust people in there. I'm in one of these crews and lost only 2 fractions of deliveries over almost a year because of the f*ck-ups of the helpers. Cooperation tends to win in the long time. Since you haven't PMed me about the info, you look dead set and I won't try to change your mind.

I'm not feeling this update.  People are so excited, looking for places where their clubs can be, and naming it etc, but do they think they will have that much freedom?  Nightclubs will be a non-descript building from the outside - not some fancy looking establishment.  As for naming it, it's highly unlikely you'll see the name of it on the external building with flashing lights.  You'll only see the name of it inside.  And people talking about using their own playlists etc - that won't be a thing either.  You'll have a set selection of music.  Plus people are pleased it's a non-weaponised update - which is a good thing but it doesn't remove all the militarised stuff already in the game, so it's irrelevant.  I fear these nightclubs are just going to be a huge money-pit like the yachts were and be a huge let-down for people.  I hope I'm wrong.

It would be cool if you have an extra subset of garage slots in the night clubs. I would leave all my Japanese tuners and luxury rides there.

Look around most of the existing clubs in the game (Vault, Society etc). There is a large garage door near every single one. The Warehouses that have been hinted at are a no brainer, just have the cars stored in a disused area.

This week is kind of like vacation for Rockstar employees, so I'm thinking they do one last final test on the DLC in house next week and then if it goes well they release it the week after.
