If they're gonna do that they need to make it very risky. Maybe not allow you do do it in an empty lobby (like Haulage or Piracy Perversion) and put really healthy rewards on it if you happen to steal it from someone. No reward for simply destroying it, perhaps.

This sounds like it's going to add risk of raids or something similar back to your businesses if you don't own a nightclub. And then some!

 

So much for the hundreds of thousands we tossed down the sh*tter for the security upgrades for our current businesses. Can't wait to see what monetary stipulations come with this...

OK I gotta share. This thread is what is keeping me alive right now. A canceled flight followed by electrical problems at the Bogota Airport has turned my world upside down. I'm doing my best to not have a panic attack (the second time in my life). Thank God for gtaf and you great folks who post funny and interesting stuff here. I'm so jazzed for this update and can't wait to see how it's all going to work. I finally have a reason to grind again. We all have our own reasons for playing but this community is one of the best things about gta for me. Much love and peace to you all.

Well, it looks pretty certain that we won't be buying Bahama Mamas - so hopefully that means they'll be opening it up as a social spot instead.

 

It'd be daft if they didn't do anything with it at all - and disappointing if it's just used for a specific mission, like Tequi-La-La/Bikers.

Actually not at all.  There's no trace of my musical opinions in what I posted except mentioning that Frank Ocean is a good musician, and even that is stated more from the point of view that he has a rich singing voice, can play a few instruments, and writes interesting songs (and writes all his own, too, unlike many pop musicians).  He's one of those guys you should RESPECT even if you don't LIKE, was my point.  But I'm not a 20-something myself and this new music is not really aimed at my personal tastes.  Actually I am probably a lot more like the guy I was replying to in what I listen to.  But I'm not here ranting in an unhinged way about it, because the game already has plenty of diverse music in it, and because I don't expect my personal tastes to always be catered to.  If I don't want to listen to what they play in the game, I turn the radio off and turn on the music on my computer - it's not hard to find a workaround.

 

This is tangential to the subject, but: in real life I actually run a tiny record label (metal), and a friend of mine runs a slightly bigger one.  He was approached by someone from Rockstar back in, oh, 2014 or so, wanting him to submit some sample tracks; they didn't say why but I'm 99% sure it was them looking for new radio stations for single player DLC.  We sent in a bunch of his bands and a couple of mine.  Never heard anything after that, and obviously single player DLC didn't happen so maybe the radio stations went with it - but I still get a little unnecessarily excited thinking about music I was involved with releasing, on the radio in a GTA game.
