I'm gonna be honest. I don't typically listen to EDM/house/rave/whatever the hell it's called. I'm more of a classic rock/metal guy. So I don't know who any of these people are. R* could have picked ANY noteworthy people in the genre and I wouldn't know who they are (seriously the only EDM artists I know of are Deadmau5 and Daft Punk)  All I can do is have confidence that they picked good people. And I hope they are, because I'm probably going to be spending a lot of time listening to their music.

Usually, I'll wait for a few hours until YouTube starts filling up with videos about interiors etc etc and I'll base my buying decions on that.

Definitely wait.. My usual strategy is go to a full session and public chat saying "Who all have got nightclubs" and ask them to invite me in..Then look around, do some missions related. See how different locations work  and then decide..

just buy. I'll look at the prices and locations, and TRY to get one that is near my main properties if possible.

 

EDIT: But if there's one in a really cool location, I'll take the hit on travel time.

My personal preferences and the general forum consensus usually aren't the same.

we saw the view in the trailer from the club, it looks out onto the dancefloor. The garage looked like it was underground, didn't see any exterior window.

Agreed. I feel like we haven't gotten a new interior with exterior views in quite a while... which came last, office garages or stilt houses?

Near the highway and with a good place to land a heli is worth the extra money...or when most supply missions are near one place

I'm pretty sure that at least on Xbox One the update will be around 2 to 3 GBs like every past update, i don't know how rockstar make those massive updates and it eats so few storage spaces.

There are a couple potential reasons actually:

1. Have lots of money and don't care about wasting some of it for a better location

2. Get away from the hot spots that always form around the cheapest locations (for instance that one vehicle warehouse on the east side of LS - fights break out there constantly and cars are always stolen from there because it seems like 75% of players own that same warehouse)

 
Also, unlike the warehouses, facilities, offices, etc., there are probably going to be big differences between the different clubs.  Entirely different interiors.

Pretty much all my properties are in less-trafficked areas.  I always bought mid-range apartments, office, facility, bunker, and so on, selected mainly because they weren't either the cheapest or the most expensive (seemingly the only things most people go by), and I liked the locations.

for example the facility near the lighthouse...you need to drive long ways for the prep missions and deliver slow cars to a base far away with dirt ways.

If you want save as much money as possible u need to wait until a discount
