Hmm wondering if I should finally buy an office while it is on sale.. I know I missed out on all the grinding with it but still.

 

My problem is I know I'm too lazy to run more than one business, so if this nightclub is a decent money maker on its own I probably wouldn't bother with anything else. Seems they're linked though maybe? Ah hate not knowing how they will work.

I’m pretty sure the nightclubs are gonna cost an easy eight million, starting. Think about it, Rockstar charged 6 million for a starting yacht, and that was just a safe house in the water. Run a nightclub? Connect every single business in one place? Advertising with Blimps? I believe this is strictly for the 1%, but the payouts must be outrageous, and not only that but you’ll have mostly every business you run all in one spot, it’ll be extremely lucrative, and knowing Rockstar, they won’t give it up easy.

Nothing has been anywhere near the price of a yacht since late 2015. You’re way off, I’m betting the $2-3 million price range to start.

-1-2m on the warehouse to store stuff.

-2-3m on the garage space.

So what are the odds each DJ has a heist like set of missions?  From some of the descriptions in the interview, cant remember which one, it seems like R* got into intense detail regarding the DJs.  Which says to me, they are many cut scenes including the DJs and possible them as in game character for missions. As well as the being in the nightclubs, and the business aspect although boring, could be interesting.  The garage has also got me hyped as well since I first saw the trailer and people pointed out that there is at least 20 spots, possibly more.

If this update brings back Benny's (or some interesting cars) somehow, I'll be content. Otherwise, my money will basically be idle for the next few months.

It'll probably be 6-8 missions like the other business updates, encompassing the four DJs and trade price unlocks for the Pounder, Mule, Speedo, and whatever else.

I doubt that R* will price the clubs as the same as some weaponized vehicles.

I believe this too. Clubs are most likely gonna be relatively cheap, to tempt everyone into buying one of course. Then the more "discrete" costs of customizations, extra/special spaces, etc. Everything gets very expensive at the end because you don't see the full price total right away, but at least you can get started with parts of everything if you're low on cash. It's a business model and a smart one at that.

 

But a fully upgraded club with a bunch of the new vehicles? This will be a good money sinker indeed. That's certain.

The trend of the last several large updates has been for most of the cost to be in vehicles rather than business property. The Avenger cost more than the facility, MOC costs about as much as the bunkers, several of the aircraft cost more than the hangar, etc.

Something tell me this new night club facility/warehouse/w.e else they have in store there, will be quite expensive once will decked out. I wouldn't be surprised if everything totaled to ten million or more. I mean the mk2 gun liveries, tints, and livery colors total around 25 mill if every option acquired.

Fewer people own yachts. Yachts were just 'look at me' bling like the gold Luxor.

 

Nightclubs will be like the businesses etc. Cheap to get...expensive for the 'look at me' and a time/investment sink.

Has anyone heard about San Fierro being added to the map? I heard it from someone who looks into the codes (or whatever you call it). Anyways, I’m thinking the nightclubs will be quite costly.

We literally thought a map update would come a few years ago. We saw ingame advertisements, references and pics of San Fierro and Las Venturas.

On another note, for the first time since about 2015 I am fully happy with the amount of money I have in the bank atm, no matter what the cost of things are I know I’ll be able to afford it all with relative ease!

 

nightclub + nightclub upgrades I can see coming upto about 6-8million, and new vehicles and filling out my garage space going to cost me another 20mill+ I imagine

The trailer was amazing, all the info we got is really insipiring, but they still can f*ck everything up. Ff they won't let us rename our clubs, that's gonna be a disaster. Why do i need to fidget with all the customization if i'm just an owner of "Tony's Fun House", as the millions players more? Gonna be an end of the customization begining of this DLC, but I don't think that's possible tho, because in the newswire R* saying that we'll gonna manage the staff and customizations by ourselves, and i think name is gonna be included in this list. Same as we all working for SecuroSurv, and there is a lot of mentions of SecuroSurv (especially in special vehicle missions, and on computers, damn, we even have a SecuroSurv shirts and hats), but we still run our own organization. Most likely same is gonna be with Tony's Fun House. We're running our own club, with our own name for our own organization/MC, but all networks are belongs to the Tony Prince with his logo.

On what basis is everyone assuming we are getting high payouts with this nightclubs?

We get ultra rare items, crappy money - big risk

We sell high end cars - we don't get the value of the car.

We sell Drugs at a low cost and high risk (Vans)

We sell Arms for crappy money

We worked for the government and saved the world from an AI, got sh*t money.

 

At what point are nightclubs going to be any different without enforcing Grind Theft Auto lol
