GTA Online: After Hours Coming July 24

Well, I haven't been on here in a while. 

 

I just wanted to say this caught my eye on Youtube, and I'm very interested about getting back in to this game again. I've been wanting Nightclubs to be implemented for a while. Quite frankly, I just wanted more interiors and things to do. I feel like the World can sometimes feel pretty barren. 

 

I haven't played in like 5 months, I think. So I think gaining money again and seeing all the new cars and stuff from the previous updates, not to mention all of the things coming to this update, should give me a ton to play around with. Time away has definitely made me miss this game, despite it's fair share of problems.

 

I still find it awesome Rockstar continues to pump out quality updates.

Not been on in 5 months..... you will see a whole nice collection of vehicles added to the game.

 

just because there are no update, Rockstar still add new vehicles into GTA Online.

oh plus the DLC that's coming in ~3 days. Speculation on pricing only atm...

 

Personally I'd try for stuff I need to make more coin, maybe some discounted cars for now....or just save for the dlc.

Honestly, I think it'll be more like the Doomsday Heist, where you source all the necessary equipment in free roam, then get dumped into a mission-style lobbies to progress the story/party. An open, free-roam party would be all but impossible. Three people doing burnouts in front of LSC makes all the trolls' and greifers' little baby dicks stand at attention. Imagine the carnage that would result from a lobby-wide party...

I'm kinda hoping they MIGHT open the pre existing ones that already had interiors, but I wouldn't hold my breath...

Man you're too late for the grinding, these last 2 or so months have been heavenly for solo players and pretty much a nonstop money rain for those who have teams or crews to grind I alone managed to make around 15 million, with some 6 more from heists with a friend. Right now I'm sitting on 16.7 million because I've bought several little things with that money I've made haha

Am I the only one wishing we could hire the likes of Love Fist instead of having DJ's?

Heck, I'd settle for a band like TWRP - at least they know what real instruments look like.

 

As much as I'm looking forward to getting new content, the only reason I see in getting a club is for the consolidation of my other businesses (which I'm still wishing was implementing into my Facility or Office instead).

As much as I'd like some diversity, I also know that diversity in this case costs lots and lots of real world money, as Rockstar would have to hire bands/artists from different genres of music to cater to everyone, you might like rock, but someone else might prefer a blues cafe, or a Jazz nightclub, and all that would just muddy the theme of the DLC, not to mention that it makes the whole inclusion of Gay Tony a bit useless, he's all about the big trendy bright dance nightclubs like Bahama Mama's and the Vault, and not about dark grungy rock night clubs like The Dungeon Crawler (based on the real world "The Viper Room") or Tequi-la-la (based on the real world "Whisky a Go-Go")

I agree on all points you made.

However, if I don't care for the club theme or experiencing any of that in game... I'd still be forced to buy a nightclub if I want access to that one computer in the game that can access all my other businesses in one place.

Can't I just buy that computer and place it in another property? Or how about upgrading all the computers I already have access to in my currently owned properties, so I can access anything from anywhere?

God damn it, how did I miss the memo

 

 

Oh well, at least it will make the game fun again. I wanted to have a reason to do the Missions a lot more. The last time I played, nothing really interested me in terms of vehicles and what not.

It seems to be more then just the computer, as we saw in the trailer there seems to be storage space like a warehouse inside the property, with stuff from all the businesses gathered there, this would mean that it's impossible to say upgrade your offices computer because it might give you the business consolidation software, but not the space you need to run it, you'd still have to use the old warehouses and travel to and from, the Nightclub really seems to consolidated all this in one place, at least when it comes to the storage it, we don't know if production would be moved as well (which I personally doubt)
