Just browsed YouTube, and searching along the lines of "doomsday armor glitch" "doomsday rare clothes" etc. produced guides showing similar vests. Most of those videos were a bit "Greek" to me tbh, so I decided not to link anything, but maybe someone familiar with this kind of glitching finds them useful.

These are CEO/bodyguards' outfits. You can glitch them in various ways, but you won't be able to change tops without removing the vest.
