When you buy a premium vehicle, like Avenger, is it automatically insured, how does it work?

Yes, auto insured and free, as also is the moc and AA trailer. 

 

Personal air vehicles are auto and cost 1k to replace

 

Pegasus are only 200 to order again. 

 

Weaponised personal vehicles also auto and cost 10k to replace

 

All other personal vehicles auto and cost 20k 

 

Edit: Special personal vehicles are auto and free.
