Still too many cheaters and Menu Users in game

So I went on yesterday and had multiple instances of obvious cheats/hacks being perpetrated on other players by unsavory individuals. Getting sniped by two guys whose dots showed on the map but they were invisible and could hit you no matter where you could be hidden, at one point I was transported from the north coast all the way to my Downtown Apt. and then booted from it with a message stating I no longer had access because I "Traded it". All my money from my account was drained. I quit as soon as I could and when I came back later the Apartment was still mine and all my money was now in my wallet which I had to deposit back into the Bank. This is beyond ridiculous, I see level 20 players in Avengers, immediate respawns of destroyed special vehicles in less time than I can message MMI and have delivered.  Obviously these "hackers" feel like nothing can be done about it because Rockstar can't do anything about it or can't be bothered to do anything meaningful that will work.

Well a level 20 player owning an Avenger isn't a big deal - that could be the player's second character and if they've got enough banked then there's nothing wrong with that. 

Just curious why this needs its own thread though when there's other topics that could be used?
