[HELP] Converting Bullworth Map to SA.

Hey there.

 

I've been trying for weeks months to convert the bully map, attempted from the PS2 version (converted with IMG factory etc) I just can't seem to understand where I'm going wrong. GTA underground managed this conversion but would not provide any assistance and I'm absolutely desperate to get it into a .dff.

 

If anyone has any information or assistance they could provide I would happily pay for that in any method you wish.
