DVD v2, and STEAM registered Download* (v3) game are compatible with each other. IF your game OR the Save are made with Modded games then you may need to have the same mods installed to your game. *note Not every Stolen (Warez/Torrent/Pirated)Game is Version one. And most are modded in some way. You might be able to use the "Conversion" feature found at http://gtasnp.com/ to make your save playable on your game.
