The game gives you loads of time to pick up passengers and the island has lots of straight roads. As long as you avoid damaging the ambulance, you'll be golden. Actually Those Colombians Show up Everywhere So Whenever You See A Colombian On The Footpath Accelerate Fast Out of It So They Can Damage your Car Less. Yes now i got control of the cartel i just drive through the opposite of their area but now i just want to ask you how do you know the closest patient because for me i just take the far patient and i lose time.
