Arrow up not working?

Yeah, usually nowdays when I start up GTA Online and try the arrow up button, it won't work. Then, it doesn't work for a while on my computer. Can someone help me? Or is it my keyboard doing this, but it does it always when I play GTA Online and not randomly.
