GTA V Bicycle Seat Back

Start at Gta SanAndreas, my wish is about to carry a ped, some one on my bicycle.... its mean have is Seat back like Motorbike. Is my wish cometrue???, or i should use any mod to do that?

Iam very excited and happy when see this like "OMG finally, theres a seat back on bicycle", but sadly its not actually a seat, just detail of it :(
