Official General Posted October 22, 2019 Share Posted October 22, 2019 (edited) I long gave up on the hope of SP DLC for GTA V long time ago, since Rockstar first declared that V Online was their main priority for the foreseeable future, back in 2015. I was hoping for more cities too, like San Fierro and Las Venturas, but nope it's all a pipe dream. I just decided to get a PC and went back to playing GTA IV and San Andreas modded and having a much better time playing than with V. I do think Rockstar underrates how much interest a Single Player DLC would bring though, it wouldn't be as big as GTAO, but it would still get a lot of people interested in coming back. What really sucks is how they just stopped adding things to SP completely, it feels so outdated now, it's not really that fun to free roam in that world anymore. I wish it was. GTA V has a huge map that could've really benefited from more single player content. Once I completed the story and most of the side missions and challenges, I had little reason to go back. The Story Mode DLC they did have planned going to Online was just rubbing salt in the open wound. I won't get my hopes up with Rockstar again. MFT all felt underwhelming and felt like they needed more shine, and the SP dlc for each individual character was supposed to be just that. But as we can see it’s obvious that they really don’t give a f*ck. Killed off Johnny, added lazer guns and flying bikes that totally destroy the lore of the previous title (gta iv) like seriously what the f*ck happened???
