Two camera glitches on PS4

First one happens every single time I start the game up, I am in the furthest third person view and the first time I enter any vehicle it goes back to the second furthest view. It only takes one tap to go back to the furthest but it is annoying as it happens every time. I know this is apparently affected by the view in story mode but I have gone there and saved it, and it still happens. The other glitch is while I am in the furthest view and holding a weapon, sometimes when I aim I suddenly get put into first person. I can't figure out what causes it but it is also annoying as it messes up my coordination. It usually causes me to get killed even.
