Guest Posted June 20, 2018 Share Posted June 20, 2018 It's always been annoying (atleast for me) to line that shot up, you can try using a sniper rifle to aim the shot then switch to grenades and throw it. Personally I've always headed to SSV early and grabbed the Rocket Launcher; one shot in the window then one when he comes out Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
spaceeinstein Posted June 20, 2018 Share Posted June 20, 2018 (edited) A full-powered throw for grenades are always thrown along the same trajectory so you can watch some videos on where people stood and throw the grenades from around the same place. For example: https://youtu.be/5eVW0vULjis?t=131 If you can get to Shoreside Vale at this point, I also recommend using the Rocket Launcher instead. Guest Posted June 20, 2018 Share Posted June 20, 2018 (edited) I would do this which makes the vehicle able to drive through walls, use the Porter tunnel to go to SSV and pick up the Rocket Launcher (http://en.wikigta.org/wiki/Rocket_launcher_location_(GTA_III)). Once you get out of the vehicle you can't get back in so simply get another car, drive to the airport and take the police boat (on the right side of the first runway) back to Staunton Alternatively you can also do the rest of Stauntons missions without Ray as I believe you can unlock Donald Love missions from completing Kenji's missions? spaceeinstein Posted June 20, 2018 Share Posted June 20, 2018 (edited) That may be a bit too much work just to get past one mission. Try to testing out which spots work when throwing the grenade. You can purchase more grenades at the nearby AmmuNation if you run out of grenades.
