I'm so rich in GTA I wasted money on buying cars on release day, driving them round for an hour or two, trying to perfect the look, then deciding I don't like it as much as I thought I would and trading it in at an astronomical loss.

Moving my Office, Warehouses, Vehicle Warehouse, Clubhouse, Businesses, Bunker and Hangar location many, many, many times.

 

Arcadius and Route 68 are bestius btw.

moved from Arcadius to Lombank to Maze Tower, losing and rebuying everything along the way. 

 

When SR hit I bought and upgraded a hangar at LSIA, read on here that Zancudo was better, so moved there, then 5 min later realized I bought the wrong one and moved to 3499. This was over the span of about 20 minutes. Barely had enough to fully upgrade everything each time (which I of course did)

 

Initially had the Grapeseed bunker...that lasted almost a full day before finding out an annoying crew mate had one there, so I moved to Raton Canyon so he’d leave me alone. 

 

Sold Del Perro a few days ago along with 4 muscle cars to move to Bay City ave, then immediately had buyer’s remorse, so I moved to the 10 car garage near the airport LSC, repurchased Tampa, spent 5 hours trying to find a Ruiner and Phoenix...then realized I don’t really like that area of town. So I moved back to Del Perro.

When I could have deleted my level 36 second character and started a new one at level 120, I got all sentimental and bought her an office with 60 car CEO garage. Idk if that really counts though as I later made hundreds of millions of dollars with some help from all those garage spots.

 

I guess buying a yacht for my second character. I'm about to buy a Buckingham Volatus because as part of a recent glitch I had to fly from Rt 68 Bunker to Ft Zancudo and back in a Pegasus aircraft, and I got in the habit of spending 10 grand each time because the Volatus is sexy and I'm a great helicopter pilot so I don't have any problem landing. I think it's a million or two. Not sure. Don't care. It's sexy.

Buying the expensive Del Perro apartment only to realize after reading the description of a phenomenal view just to realize the view totally sucks. Now back to my happy home at Richards Majestic 54.

IMHO the Volatus sucks to land, the super volito is good because it can be accessed from CEO menu also and is easier to land quickly and in adverse conditions. The swift is my favorite heli to fly but its not on the ceo menu so I actually have all 3.

edit: I have wonderful memories of my weed farm. Mine was glitched out with infinite supplies for a while. It was also a great photo op most of the time.

The Volatus is also on the CEO menu, and I feel like I'm flying a Ferrari or Lamborghini when I'm in it. I never bought the Swift because I had it on my main character's yacht, but I think I'll buy one now for my 2nd because I'm ranking her up and spending a lot of time flying sexy helicopters. The regular Swift is a great one.

 

edit: I grew up using Havoks for Sightseer, I can land a Volatus.

I fall in love and spend millions on a car, do one photohoot and forget about it. Like my matching crew pure black no livery Lynx and Etr1. I actually *enjoy* driving them too. Or my 6 Hustlers lol. Or my garage full of Fomoco Blue Vapids. Etc etc o_O

I'm right there with you buddy! I love the luxury helis including the Volatus and I use it all the time and I'm getting the hang of the landings. I just remembered I bought the Super Volito for my 2nd character as the 3rd vehicle purchase after the buzzard and deluxo thats how crucial quick helis are for my day to day operations. I felt the SV was a good middle ground. I just wish they would put the swift on the ceo menu!

I've only ever moved one property (traded one medium crate warehouse in for a better location) and I did it during a sale so I ended up getting like $20 grand back XD
