mini on gta 5

so i bought a custom mini and did all upgrades i could and on the stats it says the original iss is faster what the hell do i need to do to it

You need to do a Merge Glitch now where you combine the Vigilante with the Issi Classic and you'll be able to use the Rocket boost on the Issi.

You're supposed to take it to Bennys. There, you can swap out the engine for a Hakuchou superbike engine. Fastest compact in the game.

You need to place the Issi Classic next to a Weeny Issi in your garage for two GTA weeks for it to breed. It will give birth to a suped up Issi Classic with wings and Voltic Rocket boost!

 

On rare occassions it gives birth to the Karin Snipe.

so i bought a rapid GT and did all upgrades i could and on the stats it says the Pariah is faster what the hell do i need to do to it

Also, the in-game stat bars tend to be inaccurate. You'll have to rely on Youtubers such as Broughy1322 to find the fastest cars.

The Issi Classic is older than the standard version so it's naturally faster, more handsome and better all round.

^ that's right... 1st person speedometer is the only way to tell how fast you go.

That's vehicle-dependent, but it would seem the majority are correct. It's not consistent through the updates either (Tyrant speedo wrong, XXR speedo correct). 

 

And OP, the Weeny Issi Classic was designed to be slower than the larger more modern variant (which would have uprated brakes, suspension, more power etc).
