Do you shrug off the occasional god-mode modder picking you off or do you report each and every one?

Just saw one spawning all kinds of vehicles and try different stuff but their aim was hopeless so their god mode was pretty nerfed

Same as Big Molio, I don't see much along these lines as i'm on console too.

 

I have reported people using wall breach glitches in the past - which is pretty tame compared to PC modders and script kids - but the last time I did that was probably well over a year ago.

I've never seen that sort of stuff on Xbox but I do report anyone killing people from under the map or wall breaches.

I don't do enough freemode PvP to notice anything these days, though I hear and see some like to when glitches pop up. Never gonna bother me, so I don't report these things as at times it seems like it's either useless through abuses there, or it'd become an 'everyday thing' to report all the things we think could be a glitch/cheat.

 

R* drastically should fix things, but we know that ship has long since sailed really. 

 

People accuse others too often also for me to believe everyone has used something they're accused of too.

 

Very easy to be labelled a cheat/hacker/whatever, just by getting a clean win/kill.

I've seen it, and personally done it myself (on my own of course) on PS4 a while back to mess around playing in freemode and gang attacks - very satisfying walking up to a redneck with a minigun only to knock him out

 

However if I see anyone taking advantage of other players, its Passive Mode, follow them around and get the proof.

 

But seeing as nowadays I spend half my life in the Creator and Invite Only sessions, the only god mode I see are cops.

I report them. I use the "other" field for the reason and type a short note that no one will read.

I would report every invisible limbed player I saw.  Also on my list are players that have a rank of over 1500, anyone able to shoot through walls, using a wall glitch or changing into a checkered outfit.  All cut.

No it isn't, I used to play on PC, it's a cesspit, went back to console.

 

Even so, you can't brush off God Mode as a "PC problem". There are two or 3 current working glitches on console, they might not be anything like the malicious menu users on PC, but they are still a pain in the ar$e.

Sometimes I get lazy and don't report and just move on or quit and then hate myself for it for the rest of the evening. It's like seeing a roach in the bathroom when you're super tired on your way to bed and deciding not to go after it.. I only report modders that choose to use a menu for pvp. We're not even playing the same game and I become indignant.

There are occasional God Mode glitches on console, but if I happen to run into someone doing it I don’t report he/she. I just leave the session. Problem solved.

I haven't actually been hit by a god modder in a long long time.  Most of the time if I see someone bitching about god mode I just suspend program for ten seconds and go to a solo public lobby so I don't have to deal with it.

No, I don't report, I used to at one point but I realized that it's not doing anything, also.. I can find "Find New Lobby" faster than the "report" option.

 

I did get reported multiple times, last time I killed some kheds and they went to the pause menu and then few seconds later I got a notification saying that I'm being watched as a possible cheater... because apparently "you killed me, you must be a cheater".

Go OTR or Ghost Org in a Khanjali and sneak up on someone in God Mode and light them up, play keep up with their body while they ragdoll until they leave.
