Are there any working Mask/Hat & Helmet Glitches?

Are there any working glitches that allow you to wear a hat or helmet with a mask?

 

I've tried searching youtube but all the videos I've found are from previous months or older.

Yeah, the one with the telescope still works. Rockstar aren't patching that as far as I know.

Can you gimmie a video link for that glitch as well and how do I get those vest? I was looking to create a commando type outfit and those vest is perfect for what I am looking to do

I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I've watched several videos and in all of the videos all they say is run up to the telescope with a mask on and once the mask is removed then do what you want but I've been trying for almost an hour now running up to the telescope and nothing has happened.

 

Do I need to press anything as I'm running up to the telescope or what?

None of the videos have specified you need to press (or spam) the button to access the telescope? The character should glitch out and instead of looking through the telescope, just be stood behind it. 

That's where you apply your hat and then when you walk away from the telescope, the mask applies underneath the hat.

I did press the button as I figured you needed too but everytime they looked though the telescope instead of glitching out so I though maybe I had to time it right to open the IMenu and Look in the telescope at the same time.

Nope, They were too busy rambling on and gave the fewest details as possible....

 

One video was 14 minutes long of the guy just running around the apartment around 13 minutes in he says run up to the telescope and if you did it right the mask will disapear and then went back to talking about god knows what.

 

I just hope my adblocker that stops the ads from playing also stop my "view" from making them money we have to scroll though 14 minutes of video for 5 seconds of information that wasn't even correct
