i dont know why this bug can be happen, this never happened before.
i have tried several ways, but nothing works.
this some pict about my problem.

When you make jokes
you have put the code on black cars and you have probably saved the game
the game does not have such a glith
without the participation of codes or mods

restart game

new game
and pull out
all mods
