as for the one above me, 7.5/10.
Coldplay - A Head Full of Dreams
9/10 - Very psychedelic. Reminds me of Sgt. Peppers.
8/10: If only because of devil Angus.
8/10 Amusing parody
OK, I guess? 7/10. Image compression doesn't do justice.
9/10 but what the actual hell
Here is mine favourite by Suicide Boys
9/10 I like nice nostalgia-drenched images. It could be the 90's and the golden-brown hue illicits a sort of romanticism, driving west, the sun falling, listening to your favourite music. Simple but nice. Coincidental as i'm currently listening to this.. which is considered to be a very nostalgic-tinged music and art.
Oh God, I'm so biased here. This is one of my all-time favourite albums, so can I bring myself to separate the art from the music? On reflection, no, I likely can't but I'll try. The weathering on the photo invokes nostalgia and we've all seen family photos of yesteryear that have deteriorated over time. Our expressions and postures don't change. They're a perfect snapshot of any point in time. The faces are obscured or missing, to say this could be anyone and does indeed represent anybody. It honestly tugs at my insides to look at this artwork and listen to the music inside. I feel so lucky to experience this in a way it was intended. It's a 10 boys and girls. Pack it up.
This is Lightning Bolt's Sonic Citadel.
8/10. Love it, and the colours are great too.
Snow Patrol - Eyes Open
8/10. 1978, 2008, ageless aesthetic.
8.5/10 even more of an ageless aesthetic
7/10. I hate this art style, but I can appreciate it for what it is.
