Criminal Enterprise starter pack on 2nd character?

Morning all

 

They have a sale on the Criminal Enterprise starter pack, $24. If I buy it can I use it on my 2nd character as I already have most of the stuff on my main one?

As long as you purchase it from your 2nd character, it should activate on your 2nd character 

 

Personally, I wouldn't bother, most of the items are not worth it

 

The bunker is too far away to be of any use, most people who buy it, end up trading it for a better one 

 

Any property or vehicles included in the pack, have a zero resale value

Don't f*cking buy it. It would still be a rip-off if it was free. Even Shark Cards are better value. Every property/vehicle is low-end, impractical, and has zero trade-in value.
