Guest
This topic is about the vinyl called "Wankers On Duty" released in 1999 by Da Hool in collaboration with Rockstar Games to promote GTA 2 . Description : the cover features arts from the game on both front and rear , but thr GTA 2 and R* Games logos are small and only in the rear part of the cover , together with the logo of Kosmo Records (the record company) . Rarity : Uncommon . Price : 5 to 10 Dollars for used ones , up to 20 Dollars for a new one . Trivia : even if this vinyl has the size of a 33 rpm record , it is just an over-sized 45 rpm record . The inner protective is sleeve is different from an usual sleeve : while a normal one is white , this is a semi-transparent one (but still white) . If you also own this item and would like me to add you to the list just leave a reply stating that you own it . Helegad
Interestingly Wankers on Duty nor any of its remixes ever appear anywhere in the game. uNi and Ivan1997GTA
RIDE2DAY
I didn't know about this one. There is another one related to GTA2: Drumsound & Bassline Smith* – Grand Theft Auto 2 / Smokers Anthem. This last one doesn't have the logo of the game as far as I know, but you can read the name of the track which is "Grand Theft Auto 2" on the cover. Helegad
I wouldn't call that related to GTA2, per se. The track was just inspired by the game. Same with Ed Rush & Optical's Travel The Galaxy. The opening track is City 17, with voice samples taken straight from Half-Life 2. That doesn't make it a promotional item for Half-Life 2, or even related to it.
