opened ar_stats.dat and editted the following lines:

 

10 STAT_INC_BREATH_UNDERWATER  50

44 STAT_TIMELIMIT_BREATH_UNDERWATER  60

 

to

 

10 STAT_INC_BREATH_UNDERWATER  500

44 STAT_TIMELIMIT_BREATH_UNDERWATER  1

 

Needless to say, I got my max skill rather fast.

How did you gain access to the gta sa files. It says ask the owner for permission when I try and save the edit.

I can't swim. Can you help me. Whenever CJ dive into water he play dead and body comes up to sea level. Please help I'm stuck in this mission.

Wouldn't it be easier to edit your lung capacity using a save editor than to straight up edit the SCM...?
