We are a dedicated Milsim (Military Simulation) Unit on Xbox One. We are a Unit of like-minded individuals looking to achieve the common goal of simulating military scenarios and striving for military realism on GTA Online. We simulate a wide array of different operations and deployments that exceeds any standard GTA Military crew. We like to think we are the best, as we are the Few and the Proud. We are offering an enlistment bonus up to E-2 PFC and E-3 LCpl (depending on performance) for individuals with REAL LIFE service in the US Military. We also offer up to 30 Promotion Points (Half way to PFC) to those with JROTC and Military Cadet Experience. If you do not fall under any of these categories not to worry, we will still accept non-military applicants however you will need to prove to us that you will be able handle being in the unit with other real life military service members by showing respect, obedience, and maturity. Refer to our website for further details. Here are some guidelines you must meet before enlistment: Enlistment Enlisting in the US Marine Corps will require you to first, speak with a recruiter. Our units recruitment command is based off of 12th Marine Corps District, Recruiting Station Los Angeles, RSS Los Angeles. One of our many Marine recruiters apart of 1B5M will be able to assist you in the interview process to determine if the Marine Corps and this unit is right for you. If your recruiter deems you eligible for enlistment, he have you fill out an enlistment application and then review it with you. From there, your files will be sent to MEPS (Military Entrance Processing) where you will undergo a medical evaluation. You and your Liaison at MEPS will then finalize your enlistment contract where you will determine your MOS and amount of time you would like to serve. Afterwards you will be sworn in to the Marine Corps where either you will go Delayed Entry or Direct Ship for boot camp. More information regarding this process can be found on our website below. About Our unit is based off 1st Battalion, 5th Marines Regiment, 1st Marine Division. This is an infantry battalion in the United States Marine Corps based out of Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California consisting of approximately 800 Marines and sailors. Since 1B5M is only of platoon size, it is comprised of 3-4 squads of 6-13 Marines each making one platoon. Our command structure would look like this: 1st Platoon, Alpha Company, 1st Battalion, 5th Marines Regiment, 1st Marine Division.
