San Andreas Tuning Mod Crashing

Every time i try to open or start a new game in san andreas with the tuning mod installed, theres the loading screen, then a black screen, and it crashes (gta_sa.exe has stopped working). I tried copying my game folder and removing other mods, and it didnt work
