can you transfer facilities?

i have the paleto bay facility, but i'm just curious if you can transfer facilities and save $$$?

i was just asking because of my facility's location (i don't mind the road trip), but i've kinda thought of finding one in a better location and not much higher price and also (maybe i won't get as many complaints from some gtaforums members about my facility location).

Nope, you gotta rebuy everything including the orbital cannon.  You keep the heist rewards.

If you have purchased the facility with in-game gta$, you get half price back when trading it for a different location. 

If your facility was part of the Criminal enterprise package, you get $0 back. 

Vehicles inside the facility will of course move over to the new location. 

Interior upgrades and orbital cannon do NOT transfer to the new location.

i bought my paleto bay facility plus upgrades with gta $$$ (i have no intention of ever buying shark cards).
