Also testing the Firefighter mission and implemented some of Deezire's changes such as the checkpoint system and the fatality penalty, but I've changed the 15 levels back to 12 and the checkpoint only triggers after completing level 6 now.

Have you considered porting other fixes from DeeZires .scm? Like basketball fix, pool minigame win/lose stats etc.?

Also, you can add %100 completion t-shirt like in Ttdisa and some wardrobe items(like rochell'e poster) unlockable throught storyline.

I didn't get a crash log. I only got the "gta_sa.exe has stopped working" but I checked the "read only" option in the properties section of the .exe and it worked perfectly since then. I'm actually at the "Wear Flowers In Your Hair Mission"

I have no idea why this happens, it happens after overcoming the first mission of San Fierro

I have a question Is it possible to disable the Impound and Doberman missions?

 

And I have a suggestion, in the mission Sweet Girl you can put the skin of the woman that appears in the cinematic of the mission Beat Down on B-Dup like TTDISA

Woops, thanks for telling me I've fixed that.

And it is possible to disable the added missions if enough people are interested, but I'm focused on the bug fixing and some new features at the moment. I don't think I'll add the model as Sweet's gf, but thanks for the suggestion

I apologise for that, but I have an update and I hope that's sorted out any problems!

BETA_2 is now ready to download!

Update Log
 

Spoiler
  • Fixed '555 We Tip'; Jethro shouldn't spawn instead of the D.A and any crashes should have been eliminated
  • Forwarded several scripts by Deezire from TTDISA such as;
  • Fixed the bug that disabled the basketball and gym activities when saving at Madd Dogg's Mansion
  • The airport radar dishes now spin like in Vice City
  • The lighthouse at Santa Maria Beach now lights up at night time
  • Adrenaline pickups now spawn around the map
  • The Police Maverick (POLMAV) now spawns correctly at the SFPD helipad instead of the normal Maverick
  • The News Chopper (VCNMAV) now spawns at Los Santos International Airport

 

VIGILANTE

  • Readded Deezire's features such as a checkpoint system
  • Changed the number of levels required to complete the mission back to 12
  • The checkpoint now kicks in at level 6
  • The Police Station is now marked as a radar blip just in case the player needs to procure another police car

 

FIREFIGHTER

  • Readded Deezire's features such as a checkpoint system and a time penalty for fatalities
  • Changed the number of levels required to complete the mission back to 12
  • The checkpoint now kicks in at level 6
  • Reverted the red siren blips to normal behaviour, as it made it hard to tell whether a car is above or below you

 

PARAMEDIC

  • Readded Deezire's features such as a checkpoint system
  • Changed the number of levels required to complete the mission back to 12
  • The checkpoint now kicks in at level 6
  • Hospitals are now marked with a radar blip

 

POOL

  • Implemented Deezire's version of pool - wins or losses are now recorded in your stats and a basic keyboard switch version of two-player can now be played

 

NRG-500 STUNT CHALLENGE

  • Implemented a fix by Deezire that fixes a problem with the Missions Attempted stat when starting the mission
  • You now must have a certain amount of bike skill to start the mission

 

GIRLFRIENDS

  • Hot Coffee has now been re-enabled for all girlfriends
  • If the two-timing event occurs, the girlfriend's car will now have the appropriate license plate

Amazing update! Do you have anything else planned for release? Also, in changelog the second point states: "forwarded several scripts by DeeZire such as...". It dosen't tell which scripts were forwarded, though.

 

And, personally, I'm not a fan of checkpoint system for driver missions, but if there is one, I think checkpoint level should be raised. I think you have chosen level 6 because it marks the half of all levels required to pass the mission (12), but difficulty in these missions does not scale proportionally. For e.g. difficulty gap between lvls. 11 and 12 is larger, than between lvls. 1 and 3 (maybe even 4)
