Question for only who have Billions$

I have one of who have billions$ in game(from private booster) and before 12 june maintenance i was playing with billions just fine but after maintenance i can't join to online session,when i joining it says unable retrieve charachter invertory from R server! If somebudy have a billions$ tell me how are you there?Can you join after maintenance with billions?And can you something?By the way on 14 june i lucky joined but i can't buy anything even snacks+armor...After that i went to chat with R support and told about this problem and he checked my account and he said that i have billions$ that's why i can't join to online session!

Rockstar probably found out and slapped you on the wrists. I don't have billions, but its common logic.
