Red Hawk & Little Forward Cap

My friend had an outfit which had the red hawk & little forward cap, but I can't find it anywhere in the store. Does anyone else have this or have a photo of it/knowledge on how to obtain it?

The Black Hawk & Little cap was for completing Tier 3 of the Gunrunning Shooting Range challenges but I have no idea how the red one was unlocked. I've got one in my inventory too.

Searching Google for "red hawk & little" or "red hawk and little", with the quotation marks, doesn't provide any results past this thread, so it's safe to say those exact words have never been mentioned in an article or newswire post etc.

Weird, red hawk and little is a hat that I had before but now have no idea where it's gone.

as a collector, i have a list of all collectibles released and unreleased and theres no such red hat as far as i know.

just checked the special items database and theres no mention of a red h&l hat either.

My friend said he managed to obtain it through some outfit glitch using director mode I believe, not sure what he means but apparently he got it from director mode?

 

 

i told him to delete it in case it was something you can get banned for if it isn't in the game.

Sounds like one of the good ol' merge glitches, I believe it still works to this day, but not sure if it works on hats

 

Basically:

- Put on item of clothing that you want a cool new logo on

- Save an outfit with the blank item of clothing (let's say... a plain white hoodie)

- Go to your closet and find something with a cool new logo (for example, a Radio T-Shirt)

- Hover over the Radio T-Shirt, press A, but don't back out of menu

- Join a friend in another session through Xbox Button/PS4 menu etc

- When you spawn in, the logo has transferred

 

If it is just a merge glitch, you ain't getting banned for it.

variations of this glitch being around for years now, that how i did my beloved lime green asshole shirt.

He said he did the 'director mode outfit transfer glitch' and it just gave him it as part of the outfit. Is that something you can be banned for? Not really knowledgeable on glitching so just curious.

 

e: and he doesn't have the black h&l hat to transfer it between, and it was a solid red colour I haven't seen before.

never seen that one before, gonna add it to my list

 

and thats no a bunker gunrange reward either. the hats rewards were red ammunation, black shrewbury and black hawk and little hat.

 

oh nice, you also wearing the manopause shirt, which remains unreleased eventho it being on the game since 2015.

I once had a friend get halloween items, interactions and tshirts, prior to the update releasing.  Some people even had the cars, lurcher and stange, it happen because it was set to be released.  I am surprised no one is running around with unreleased liveries or spidersuits.

If it's possible to transfer logos using the Director Mode, could it be possible to use the John Marston shirt in GTA Online?

i had the halloween masks unlocked like a week before they were made available for everyone.

cant help you there, i have never glitched clothes using director mode, but i doubt its possible.

Pedestrian models are completely different from GTAO player models.

 

And that isn't a logo, John Marston is part of the shirt texture unlike GTAO sprites.
