Guest
^ This, I presume OP is referring to those Glendales that spawn.

Rhoda
The car is indeed a Glendale. It is commonly seen in the countryside, and built up a reputation for being a ghost car. This was because the car often spawned on sloped terrain, and thus began to move. Players who were unfamiliar with this assumed it was based on the paranormal because of its shoddy appearance, the fact that it moved independently and that the countryside in general has a fairly spooky vibe at the best of times. Despite the romanticism, there's nothing really all that mysterious about it unfortunately. Sometimes it didn't move at all, and it gave players that were stranded on foot a means of obtaining a car quickly should they find themselves in the area. Guest
It's just a wrecked version of glendale. In gta3.img those files are know as "glensh*t".

Lioshenka
There's a few of them around. See if you can find more of them. The spawn already damaged. There is also Sadler truck, which sometimes spawns damaged. Some say that it is related to the Epsilon mystery: "Travel through the dawn to the pass pictured in our brochures. Look for a red truck with a dent on the right fender".
LibertyCityStories
The sadler doesnt spawn damaged sometimes, both glendale and sadler have 2 versions in thr game, and they are separate vehicles, both glendales have same name and both sadlers too,but in the game files they're called sadlsh*t and glensh*t. Also for those who dont know, the Rancher used in the mission where you have to play as a bate so mr. Ran Fa Li can escape, isnt a normal Rancher, but a tinted one and its also a separate vehicle,in the game files its not called rancher but rnchlure. Another interesting vehicle which doesnt appear in the game,is the rdtraint. As you know the Road train truck is called rdtrain in the game files, and this rdtraint is probably had to be a semi trailer whixh wiould have allowed us to drive real roadtrains(a truck with multiple trailers attached). But as the model isnt finished, even if you replace some other trailer with it,it would still not work, even its wheels arent spinning.

The Rnchlure was intended to be used for this mission, but it was never actually used. Both the Rancher and Rnchlure are exactly the same modelwise, with the only exception being that the Rnchlure can't be modded at Transfender (without the use of exploits). The Rnchlure replaces the Oceanic Bloodring Banger, and as such it can be spawned with the cheat associated with it. LibertyCityStories
I just tested Rnchlure in SAMPso I can spawn it easier, and you were right, its not modable, but thats easy to do by adding a line for it in the SA/data/carmods.dat file. 1 hour ago, Ghost Pulaski said: The Rnchlure replaces the Oceanic Bloodring Banger, and as such it can be spawned with the cheat associated with it. I couldnt exactly what you mean by this. May be you mean you can replace the model of Bloodring Banger with Rnchlure's model so you can spawn it by a cheat for a specific group of cars. If this is what you mean, there is no need to replace any models, you just need to add the Rnchlure in the file SA/data.cargrp.dat for whichever group you like and it will spawn with a driver from the group you added it to,or if you want add it to a group of cars that spawn with a cheat(the last lines of the file). What I mean by this is that the STOCK CAR 2 cheat "JQNTDMH" (STOCK CAR 1 is the Bloodring Banger, 3 and 4 are Hotring Racers) spawns the Rnchlure.
