GTA Launcher Reinstalls modified files

Hi.

 

Whenever I want to modify or add a vehicle to the game, it decides to reinstall the stock vehicle or to delete the add-on.

It also happens when I modify a text file but not when i install plugins or scripts (LSPDFR)
