I can't change my background image?

I just joined this forum right now. But for some very strange reason, I really like that new profile background, but weirdly, i can't change my background photo. Can somebody tell me where's the button?

Go to right top corner, click on your avatar, you'll be redirected to your profile page. Click "Cover photo" in top right corner of your background image :)

Unless I'm completely stupid and missing where it says "Cover Photo," I still don't have this option for some reason.

Could it be something to do with the Yardies group? I've only ever seen one Yardie member that has a cover photo, and if that member had their cover photo set before joining the Yardies, maybe the group hasn't had that option enabled. Just a thought, I just find it odd I've only ever seen one Yardie member with a cover photo out of all I've seen around.

No, I have the option to upload one
