How to sell hanger crates solo?

Lemme tell you something about the Mogul in the Sell mission (regular Mogul is probably pretty cool so no offense to you who own that).

 

IT'S A PIECE OF sh*t MADE OUT OF PAPIER f*ckING MACHÉ!

 

Seriously once that thing lets off a microscopic puff of smoke, YOU ARE DONE! FINITO! STICK  A FORK IN YOU, AND GET COOKED. Once that piece of trash starts smoking, the plane will QUICKLY start to die. I once somehow got the police helicopter stuckin a pylon and had free flight to the last two drops. Itty bitty puffilites of smoke showed at the right propeller, but that should be no problem, right?

 

WRONG!

 

It quickly for no damn reason started to smoke black because R* specifically coded the game to go "REEEEEEEEEEEEEE DIEEEEE LOSELOSELOSELOSE!" on you (much like Rubberband AI) and one propeller stopped working. No actual damage taken. But hey, there' sno difficulty flying with one propeller, right?

 

WRONG!

 

For no reason other than idiotic decision (much like minigun burst NPC which is an INTENDED programming to f*ck you over for no reason in missions) the other propeller starts smoking because I don't know, f*ck you, that's why. Well f*ck you, Rockstar I still beat the mission and got million of millions and you can't stop me with your self-destructing sh*t plane that is the Mogul.

10 crates is a limit for one vehicle sale unless you get Havoks which are 3 havocks for every 10 crates. It's doable but paintful. Mogul missions are not doable alone. So if you get Moguls or Havocks just switch sessions. You will lose 1 crate but will be able to sell alone.

I guess Mogul sells aren't doable for everyone, I only completed them a few times for a sense of achievement, and I'll usually skip over them.

For the record, as much as I hate Havoks, I'd rather do 3 Havoks solo than one Mogul.

For those who actually want to complete a Mogul sale (although I recommend Find New Session), follow the coastline and land on a beach as soon as you get the cops after you.

Get away from the plane asap so it won't get hit. Take a sniper, smg or assault rifle (something that won't accidentally blow up a helicopter) and kill the gunners in the back. If the helicopters aren't smoking after that you're all set, get in the plane and do the drops. Make sure the helicopters don't lose you, or you have to do it all again.

 

I won't deny that this mission was designed to make you fail, just like those pesky dune buggies where you blow yourself up trying to do a drop. If you don't kill the gunners quick enough, you might run out of time.

I actually had started sourcing narcotics before they made it double (why not triple ffs like the garbage modes) 

 

I want to properly give this a chance...im at 15 crates so far but part of me wants to drag someone into it and give them a decent cut on a heist to sell with the maximum bonus...it’s 3.2m no?

 

Im financially pretty good and have bought everything on both characters now and FZ and LSIA Hangars...fancy doing some different stuff.

They actually did a x3 hangar bonus not too long ago.

 

Full hangar of narcotics sells for 50 * 10,000 * 0.95 * 1.7 = 807,500 and with x2 = 1,615,000. But maybe Ron's 5% cut doesn't get doubled. (EDIT: Just did my sale and I got 1,670,000.)

 

For a full hangar sale there's a chance you need 3 players though.

Your method is ingenious but I also managed to complete a couple of solo Mogul sales simply by always gaining and losing altitude. It takes a lot longer for the chasing Mavericks to do so and they won't land as many shots. But I remember one time I still lost one or both engines shortly before reaching the final drop and had to glide to it.
