Prison heist glitch

I recently completed the prison heist, only to find that when I did, it said "Mission failed: Mission complete"

At the time of me doing this, the 2x RP and cash for the heist is occurring, so is this causing it? Or is it some kind of bug?

It's actually right. You completed the mission but R* failed because now there's less probability for you to buy a shark card. So mission failed :mission completed

I passed the prison heist but didn't get double money, just the standard $550k for 55%???
