I'm afraid to even log in in case my properties are gone. Social Club is giving me "vehicle data cannot be found" or whatever when I look there, so it seems likely.

Checked for hell of it since I haven't been on PS4 in a while, still all there.

 

I was greeted with that I got a million though(unrelated), which dates back to the last time they did the delayed money deposit for logging in.

The only thing I lost were my vehicles from the OG days Bati and Entity. Everything else is good though. I will see if I can get them back through app resets and if not then Rockstar Ticket.

Not much help to anyone affected, but it might help pin down what's causing this:

 

XB1 here, never use standby mode on my console, and I'd been playing something else before the maintenance period anyway, so GTA was well and truly off during that time. Had a prompt to change my Social Club password afterwards, but beyond that all my stats (money, garage page, etc.) checked out - and I've just been online for a bit, and everything's still present and correct on both characters (thank f***... :*()

 

Is there anyone affected who wasn't using rest/standby mode on their console (or had GTA V alt-tabbed or whatever on PC) - ? Trying to rule out whether or not that's the common factor...

Thankfully hadn't had this happen to me, though someone in the comments of one of my videos mentioned it. I assumed he was on PC - but no, PS4.

 

Hope Irish gets his stuff back ASAP.

Logged in today, all of my garages, hangar, bunker, clubhouse and facility are completely unaffected.

 

Even then, I wonder how long it'll take for R* to realize something is obviously wrong with GTA Online?

I was online during, PS4, (was thrown out), and a few minutes after the servers were back up again. I lost everything. I have seen some people saying they were online, and not affected, though.

I still have my money, rank, and clothes on my back.  Otherwise everything else is gone.  Properties, businesses, weapons, etc....all completely gone.  Unbelievable.

I'm logging in to check right now, funny enough I'm getting a loading screen saying "get bonus for pre-ordering RDR2" while I'm checking to see if my progress is still here on my game, like I'm gonna touch one of your freaking games again if my progress is gone.

 

I was playing during the maintenance and my PS4 was in rest mode for about 3 days with GTA on, my progress is still here, I hope you guys get your stuff back pretty soon.

Good luck, pal, I didn't know about the maintenance but I do know it is f*cked up by Rockstar.

If I lost everything and R* gave me the equivalent cash, I wouldn't even know where to begin (or if the number was even close to accurate). Feel for ya.

 

And I doubt they'd give me back my yankton plates, high flyer bag or beer hats either. Sucks.

I've got a spreadsheet with all my vehicles on, all colours and hex codes for crew colours used listed. All properties and any customisation options I used etc.

 

So I could give a rough estimate of what kind of sum I'd need to buy everything back fully customized.

 

Whether I could be bothered doing 70+ crew colours again or setting up the 10/10/12 vehicle warehouse method or doing the various business set up missions again is another story.

Just almost sh*t myself. Logged into a solo public to do a bunker sale, went to request a PV from my assistant only for him to tell me "there's a problem with this" for every vehicle I selected.

 

Just spent 15 minutes flying to every building that has vehicles to check that they are all there and tested driving a couple out and back in.

 

Went back to the office and the assistant request worked so I logged out.

 

Has this happened to anyone else?

 

I'm tempted to refrain from playing until this is sorted out. It's got me paranoid af.

imo, no one should play until it's fixed. It's not worth the risk, and who knows if it's really over or not? 

 

If their player numbers drop maybe that will give them the motivation to actually do something.

I think until someone like yourself posts a positive conclusion to this problem im probably going to take a break.

 

It's not worth risking hundreds of hours of character build and having to waste time arguing the toss with R* support should anything go wrong. I'd rather take a break at a point where I know my character is as it should be.

 

World Cup starts in a few hours, so I'd be playing less anyway.
