I'm not making this thread just because it has happened to me. I want to see if it is a widespread issue or not. I have seen a lot of twitter and R* support posts, but not much about it here.

 

What I'm talking about is: All of my in-game properties have been deleted. This includes apartments, garages, the office, hangar etc etc. 

 

This seems to have been caused by the server downtime yesterday. For some reason it has messed up many people's accounts, and caused stuff to be deleted.

 

Has this happened to anyone else here?

I sure am. If it's not fixed I'm done with the game.

 

I spoke with a R* support live chat agent, and they have acknowledged the issue at the very least.

 

Now they just need to f*cking fix it.

Both. The guy said he was sorry to hear about mine, and that they have been receiving a lot of reports about the same thing.

sh*t - that's probably one of the worst issues they've had since it went online.  I can see this becoming a total clusterf*ck (knowing Rockstar as we do) and you eventually get your properties back, but they're empty.  No vehicles, no weapons.  I wouldn't be surprised if they took the shirt off your back!

 

Good luck getting this sorted.  I'd stop playing it for good if it happened to me - gonna go check now.

Just curious, as if there's anything corrupted by that, as that rolls out, this could grow quickly. (Just thinking out loud, not had my 250kyet is all - Not that I care about the cash mind, lol).

I hadn't received mine yet. That's what I logged in to check for.

 

But hey, I suppose losing hundreds of millions of dollars worth of properties and vehicles is just as good...

Additionally, the thing that makes it seem a glitch/problem (hopefully anyway) at their end is I have all my money & two garages filled with a random selection of my cars that have the right paint jobs but no liveries on them.

Yep, same here. I didn't check the paint, but I had two garages left with a random selection of my cars.

Did you have your ps4 on rest mode during the maintenance? Or is it still on rest mode for that matter?

If you call the mechanic, do you get your property list with vehicles?  If you do then that at least means that everything is still linked to your account.

I had it on rest through the maintenance, yeah. Right now I'm just sitting on the home screen after closing the game.

Nope switched off, also didn't get a message about the $250k or receive it.

I called him and only had two garages, instead of my entire list, with a random assortment of cars, like I said above. It wasn't even the cars that were in the garages originally.

This could be the issue as your ps4 hasn't rebooted if you get my drift

Nope just two garages listed with a random selection of vehicles that don't all belong in those garages (1 of the garages was my rusty tornados collection, now full of non torndaos)

yeah, happened to me (PS4). I was online when the server issues began, and was thrown out. When I logged in next time, I couldn't access my personal vehicles, and saw that everything was inaccessible. I got a call from Lamar, and a message about the revolver riddle. So, everything was reset. Strange thing was that when in races, I could chose some of my older custom vehicles.
