I just lost almost everything in gta online my properties, cars, guns and even tatoos! I lost too many stuff so i dont really want to bother and open up a ticket. Do you guys think that even if i dont open a ticket i can still get my stuff back? help

I just lost almost everything in gta online my properties, cars, guns and even tatoos! I lost too many stuff so i dont really want to bother and open up a ticket. Do you guys think that even if i dont open a ticket i can still get my stuff back? Heard this was happening to tons of people on ps4 including me today and it cant be beacause of cheating because i have never modded or cheated on anything in gta help.
