Lombank office and LaPuerta vw (IE) - lombank just bcs that heli access is super good.

Kuruma armored and Buzaard (to do headhunter)

Cargobob

Farmhouse (or you can try out Chumash if you please, your choice) Bunker, deliver 140k stock value (210 to los santos). Up to 175k is completely safe.

Insert Moorningwood coke in it, just to earn some more money, everything is doable solo in solo public session (if you can make it) beside op vans. Not enjoyable solo, but maybe to do something beside IE + headhunter + bunker cycle all the time.

If you are a lone wolf, thats it.

At one point, i would buy armored boxville. 35k for being afk 10 minutes to do something in RL is very good.

26 Mil you got a pretty good start.  I don't know if my advice will help or not.

I only grind solo, just went over 50Mil and now at almost 51 mil after selling my bunker stock and doing some Simeon double $$$ missions.

I have most businesses because I get bored and switch around.  I sell IE cars a lot in solo, public lobbies.  What I do is just disconnect the cable to my router/modem box for 5 seconds.  It doesn't affect anything in the house, not even if my wife is watching Netflix but it lags me out of any session in GTA and then I'm in my own lobby.  If people join and are peaceful fine...but it seems my lobbies fill up eventually because I have a good connection so I end up doing this about once an hour or so.

If I really need money, I lag myself into my own lobby and source a car.  I usually go get it with my Cargobob to save on damage from NPC's.  I also deliver it so most of the time my clear profit is up around 80K per car.  Then I run the VIP mission "sightseer"  and before collecting the last package I wait until there is 5 mins or less left on the mission clock.  You get the full 25K and then by the time you source another car and get it back to the warehouse you are ready to sell again.  If you end sightseer sooner than that you get less money and you end up waiting for a couple of minutes at the warehouse for the cooldown to end.  That method gets you around $105,000 every 15-20 minutes depending...IMPORTANT..do NOT sell any car from your IE except the top range cars.  Source the standard and mid range but let them sit in the warehouse.  Soon the only cars that come up to source will be top range so you get max profit.

You can also just join a friends only session and run nothing but VIP missions.  Run Headhunter to begin with.  That will get you around 22-23K  Then you'll have a 5 min cooldown before sightseer is ready.  Look for a high end car to sell at Los Santos Customs...a Felon GT or Sentinel Convertable will get you $9500.  A Baller SUV or a Felon Sedan will get you $9,000.  After selling one of those write the game time down since you will have to wait a full game day to sell another.

By then sightseer should be ready.  Again, let the time run down to 5 mins before grabbing the last package...$25,000 and then travel back to Los Santos before starting Headhunter again.  Then all your targets will be in the city.

Note about Headhunter...2 targets will be moving and 2 will be stationary.  Get the moving targets first.  Take your time and try to leave around 7 mins left before getting the last one.  You get a little more money and sightseer should be ready immediately after killing the last target.

You can make pretty good money doing that with no griefers to worry about.  You should be able to make about $140,000 per hour.  Put your favorite music on or watch TV while you're doing it...pretty brainless stuff.

Also...owning a good variety of businesses also ensures you can take advantage of the double money weeks.  Hanger contracts suck ass though...especially for a solo player.  I pretty much ignore those.  And CEO crates...they can stick that up their asses unless it's double money.

Another source for you...look up "The Professional GTA 5" on Youtube.  He is the ultimate grinder.  He's got close to 200M legit money just grinding mostly his bunker and his biker businesses.

He has a big crew and always has max associates but he's a good source for solo money as well.

IMHO you should be be running the top 3 MC businesses Coke (420k), Meth (357k), Cash (300k) and the chumash bunker (1.1 million) with the "top off" method at night sell all at full capacity in the morning first thing for a 2.2 million total. After sell runs grab a car from IE and sell it for an extra 80k (another 320k). Thats an easy 2.5 million right there every day. If you are working all day you can pull another full load from all businesses (another 2.5 million). During the day you can use the top off method and go into the double missions that are going that week and earn money while your bunkers are filling without messing up your top offs. Missions net about 40k every 15 minutes. So you can pull about 120k per hour that way.

buy a bunker, max the upgrades> buy 1 supply and sell that every 2,5 hours.

buy Vehicle warehouse, do those in the meantime.

run vip/ceo work in between. take advantage of every 2x event.

or you could grind crates.:P

Agreed.

For Bunker, purchasing 1 set of supplies for $75k yields a sale of $210k (taking out the $75k, that leave you with $135k profit every 2.5 hours)

For Vehicle Warehouse, do not sell any Standard or Mid range cars... keep them and only sell Top Range cars.  You will make a net profit of $80k per car (minus repairs, if any)

For VIP/CEO work, run Headhunter or Sightseer.  $20k+ each

Good luck!!

According to my calculations, the best method is combining import/export vehicles with special cargo and (or) cocaine business and (or) bunker. I suggest that you do the special cargo and buy supplies instead of stealing them for "passive" income businesses.

This spreadsheet file may help you with the calculations and strategy(download it and use off-line or use it online on the "office online" in a desktop): https://1drv.ms/x/s!ArZhrAPvs11ignFVfKAD-mFe8l4z

My calculations about the profit were wrong. I corrected and now i see that the best strategy is stick with biker businesses, mainly cocaine, meth, and i think counterfeit cash too. Buy the supplies, incluse becouse they cheaper now.  The Bunker sales is still better than cocaine. Between the sales you can work on special cargo (25% off on boxes prices) if you will sale more than 40 boxes and (or) vehicle sales.

Now i have a locked version of the file (not editable online): https://1drv.ms/x/s!ArZhrAPvs11ignPlrSHTWp6YnxHx

Bunker, regardless if you sell 1 resupply worth at a time or solo sell at full stock.

Cover your supply costs EASILY with some VIP work.

That's down to earth basics to net a couple million a week with minimum effort.

As for wanting the best money making guide, you'll get countless opinions & arguments from others based on what they are good at or at least had the best luck doing.

So quick question: When I get the top range cars, even if I haven’t filled up my vw, I can sell them right? I only need to keep the middle and low end cars...... right?

or should I wait until I have all the middle and low end cars and then start selling off the tops? In which case: how many middle and low cars are there?

Not a solo method really but incredibly easy with randoms as doomsday act 1 can be spammed easily. My method is start the first prep call an ambulance drive straight in.

Invite randoms to the first setup communicate if you pass the mission only hire the most competent player with said competent player explain I will give you 30%.

Do all setups and preps with that one competent player should take you an hour and you should make 567,000. After that is done sell meth, coke and guns for 300k.

I fully agree with the bunker(bought supplies) and coke business(acquired supplies, the return rate is low with bought) interweaved with IE top end cars every 20 mins and headhunter every 10 - I disagree with the sightseer vip mission as a choice, even in a buzzard it takes too long - my suggestion is - hostile takeover at LSIA - in a buzzard, you approach the hangar, fire off 2 rockets, one at the guy on the staircase to the right, the second at the left foremost car - perfectly doable before the titan inside actually spawns, if you're too slow just fly lower, you should get the car without clipping the titan, fly in, land for a second on the ground to collect the suitcase (be sure that both cars actually exploded, if not you might get in trouble once your buzzard is blown). When you have the briefcase - without getting out of the buzzard of course, fly out and go to one of the 3 or 4 designated dropoff points, 3 minutes tops - 15,5-16k and while waiting 2 mins for the headhunter to unlock go sell a car for 9k from the street or call for one of your pre-stolen bravado's or sentinels xs that sell for 15-18K a piece. I believe it's more efficient than the time consuming sightseer where you fly all over the map and end up in some got forgotten place instead of very close to the city. Never forget about the 48minute window to sell a car, stock a garage in the sandy shores area with them trucks or anything in the city with the tuned sentinels and always start your session with a car sale and remember to do it again every hour or so, great when waiting for cooldowns:

an example ingame hour:

start - car sale,

next a quick headhunter,

next - IE car sale,

next hostile takeover,

next - source a car for IE,

next headhunter,

next - check on coke or bunker - if ready sell,

next hostile takeover,

next IE car sale,

next normal car sale,

next headhunter

- it might be an hour, might be even less or a bit more, however with the numbers you should have - 18-35k from car sales(pre stored), 150k from IE car sales, 63k headhunter, 30k hostile takeover, that's almost 270-290k clean plus the business sale if it went through(and if not the first hour most def the next). As for solo play I enter singleplayer, go wireless, change the mtu to 800 and once I'm in the psn I switch to MP and my logon lasts for a long time, but 9/10 sessions are solo publics once I'm in

I just run X80s on I.E.  Have a garage at 78%, the X80 being the only one outstanding.  Fly out, pick up car, then sell car with cargobob.  Then on the way back in run sightseer, then back to office, source another X80, run headhunter once delivered.  Always looking out for a gang car or higher end car to sell.

Correct. You can and should sell top range as you get them. No benefit to keeping them unless you plan to do collections (they don't pay enough for me so I dont).

Also check fore dupes once and a while and get rid of those (sort by name and scroll down the list).

Here's what I did in the past:

Bunker resupply, import/export only top range for 2½ hours with a cargobob, bunker resupply, sell bunker stock.

If youre on PS4, you can change your MTU settings (thats somewhere in setting up your internet connection manually and it is usually on 1500 for ps4) to something around 800.

This will put you in a solo public session 90% of the time.

Since last DLC Im doing a lot of afk collecting.

MTU around 800 (this is for selling later, doesnt matter when you resupply), resupply (buy, dont steal) your bunker in a public session.

After the supplies have arrived, start up a contact mission (doesnt matter which one, as long as it doesnt have a countdown for example I use "chopper tail").

When youre in the mission go to your appartment, sit on the couch and watch tv (this prevents you from being kicked, keep your controller connected to your console with the cable).

Just go to real life (work, smoke a fattie, whatever).

Usually around 9 hours later I pop on again, find a new session to get out of the mission and sell my stuff in the solo lobby (bunker and nightclub).

While doing nothing this gets me about 1.4/1.5 mil each day and all I do is invest in the bunker supplies ($75K).

edit:

After the selling, its the same all over again. So you can sell twice a day. Around 700-750K each time.
