Domand Posted June 14, 2018 Share Posted June 14, 2018 (edited) For Wrong is Right, on the chasing part, usually I just try to get a fast car if there is any near by then try and damage the targets car as much as possible because typically by doing this, I find the dude jumps out of the car eventually if it catches fire. Once he is out you can just kill him pretty easily. I don't know if that helps Im just going off what I usually do when I play through to this mission. You could always look up a guide or video of someone else doing it to perhaps see how they do it and get a good visual.
