Losing money, all weapons and VIP color changing?

i haven't experienced this myself but 5 of my friends have, i started up an RNG and one of my friends didnt have their weapons in the RNG (Owned+Pickups were on..) so he left and saw he didnt have it in a free mode lobby either, later on he switched lobbies and it fixed itself but my other friends lost all their money and experienced a MC color change multiple times while doing a stand your grounds mission, and their mission stopped right after the color changes happened.

Im just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this as well?

I've only known my CEO colour to change once during my current CEO time. I once encountered being the same colour CEO as another CEO. If you change session and your colour HAS to change, there used to be a message in the top left explaining why, it's been missing for over a year now.
