Garpown Posted June 11, 2018 Share Posted June 11, 2018 One example is, when I start a new game, pulaski and hernandez are holding a pistol but it flickers in their hands. Then a bit more when Tenpenny holds the money. Another one I noticed was in Fender Ketchup mission, Woozie holding the phone flickers a bit in his hand. So basically, when a character has an object in his hands. I'm using Silent Patch and enabled frame limiter so it's 30fps. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

What is your Video Card, and the Dedicated Memory on the card? If you have any modifications to the game installed, REMOVE them, or ask again in the MODDING FORUMS.
